Former Foxborough Guidance Counselor Pleads Guilty to Stealing AP Exam Fees

Kenneth Aubert pleaded guilty to stealing $30,000 in exam fees while at Milton High School.

A former guidance counselor at Foxborough High School and Milton High School has admitted to stealing Advanced Placement exam fees from Milton High School.

Kenneth Aubert, 62, of Roslindale, pleaded guilty in Norfolk Superior Court to five counts of larceny over $250 and was recently sentenced to three years of supervised probation and restitution to the Milton School Department.

The restitution totaled $30,000 and may have already been paid off according to a spokesman from the Norfolk District Attorney’s office.

Aubert, who is now retired, was charged with stealing the fees last year after certain records regarding the collection and payment of fees for Advanced Placement tests appeared to be incomplete according to the Boston Globe.

No issues with exams fees in Foxborough have been discovered.
