Former Foxborough Town Manager Taken to Court
A Southbridge resident claims that former Foxborough Town Manager Kevin Paicos has served as interim manager in Southbridge for too long.

A request for a preliminary injunction by against former Foxborough and interim Southbridge Town Manager Kevin Paicos was recently denied in Worcester Superior Court.
John Pulawski, a Southbridge resident, asserted that Paicos violated the town’s home-rule charter when he served in the position for 14 months according to the Worcester Telegram & Gazette. According to Pulawski, acting town managers can only serve for 12 months.
But Judge William F. Sullivan siding with the town’s argument that Paicos was allowed to serve for over a year because he was an interim town manager and not an acting town manager. In addition, Sullivan said the dispute is moot with the hiring of Ronald San Angelo as the full-time town manager.
