Foxboro Asks For Help Clearing Fire Hydrants During Snow

FOXBOROUGH, MA — The town is supposed to get a few inches of snow. Soon people will have to shovel their driveways, and the fire department hopes you are willing to shovel a little more by helping to keep fire hydrants clear.

Accessing water is critical in the event of a fire, so the department asks that residents help by clearing a path from the street to the hydrant and at least a 3-foot perimeter around it.
