This is the January meeting of the Foxborough Democratic Town
Committee. Our meetings are open to all. Our guest speaker will be Robert Jubinville, Governor's Councilor for the 2nd Council district. Bob will be talking about his observations and experiences as a new member of the Council. A major role of the Council is to vet the governor's nominees for judgeships.
