Foxborough Fire Makes Super Bowl Wager With Philly Firefighters

T-shirts will be on the line when the Patriots face the Eagles.

FOXBOROUGH, MA — The Foxborough Fire Department will try to go two-for-two on their New England Patriots bets when the local NFL team plays the Philadelphia Eagles in the Super Bowl.

Foxborough Fire announced Thursday that they have agreed to a wager with the Philadelphia Fire Department. The fire department's whose hometown team wins gets a box of department t-shirts from the losing side.

It's the second bet to come from the Foxborough Fire Department this postseason. During the divisional round, Tennessee Titans tight end and current Sherborn Fire Chief Erron Kinney had to install a New England Patriots smoke alarm in his office after losing his bet with Patriots support and Fire Chief Roger Hatfield.
