Foxborough Football Pushing Towards Top Spot

Foxborough current sits in second place in the Division 4 South rankings and has a chance to clinch Hockomock Davenport Division title.

After five weeks of regular season play, everything is going right for the Foxborough High School football team.

Sporting a 5-0 record, the Warriors find themselves pushing towards the top of the MIAA Division 4 power rankings compiled by the Boston Globe. Going into week 6, Foxborough is one of four undefeated teams in Division 4 and one of three in the south bracket. Currently, the team sits in second place in the south rankings with 95 points and a rating of 19.00. Only defending champions Holliston are above Foxborough, with 98 points and a rating of 19.60.

On Friday, Foxborough will attempt to continue their winning ways against Stoughton. A win against the Black Knights would give the Warriors at least a share of the Davenport Division title and a spot in the MIAA Division 4 South tournament.
