Information in this article is from Wrentham District Court. Arrests and charges mentioned do not imply conviction.

A Foxborough man who allegedly exposed himself to a Dunkin’ Donuts employee while in the drive-through now faces a charge of open and gross lewdness.
Christopher Barnes, 24, was also arrested on a court warrant from Georgia as a fugitive from justice. He was arraigned in Wrentham District Court on Oct. 8 and was ordered held on $2,000 cash bail.
On Oct. 3, police received a report of a male who flashed his penis at a worker at the Commercial Street Dunkin’ Donuts after ordering a coffee in the store’s drive-through. According to court records, the victim told police that when Barnes pulled up to the window, he gave the employee the money, told her to keep the change, asked if she wanted another tip, and started masturbating before driving away.

Surveillance video from the restaurant showed a Ford pickup featuring the name of the company that Barnes worked for on the side. While at the ordering station, the driver in the video was seen lifting his hips to take off his pants before driving to pick up his order.
Four days later, the truck was discovered at America’s Best Value Inn on Route 1. Two people near the truck told police that they worked for the company and were able to identify Barnes as the driver and their coworker through surveillance photos. Barnes was taken into custody later that evening when he was discovered in his room at the motel.
