Foxborough Man Charged With Making False Bomb Threat At Hotel
Police say Michael Aguiar told the staff at the Hilton Garden Inn that there was a bomb on the roof of the building.

FOXBOROUGH, MA — A Foxborough man faces charges for an alleged bomb threat he made towards a hotel at Patriot Place.
Michael Aguiar, 40, of Foxborough, was arrested Saturday and charged with disorderly conduct, making a false bomb threat, and disturbing the peace, according to the Foxborough Police Log.
Police say Aguiar told the staff at the Hilton Garden Inn that there was a bomb on the roof of the building. Due to police's knowledge of the suspect and a search of the building, no explosive device was found and the building was not evacuated, according to the Sun Chronicle.

Aguiar was arraigned Monday in Wrentham District Court and is free on $500 bail and the condition that he stays away from the hotel.
