Foxborough Man Charged in Fatal St. Patrick's Day Crash
A man from Roslindale was killed in a crash in Errol, N.H. on St. Patrick's Day. The driver from Foxborough now faces charges.

FOXBOROUGH, MA — A Foxborough man was arrested Thursday night after a fatal crash in Errol, N.H.
Michael Sheehan, 49, was charged with negligent homicide and released on $10,000 PR bail, according to the New Hampshire State Police.

Thursday night at about 8:20 p.m., state police were notified of a motor vehicle crash on Route 16 in the area known as 13-Mile Woods. When troopers and firefighters responded, they allegedly found a Ford F-250 off the west side of the roadway that had struck several trees and was on the passenger side. Police say that alcohol may have been a factor in this crash, however, all aspects of the incident remain under investigation.
The operator, identified as Sheehan was found outside the vehicle and was transported to Androscoggin Valley Hospital in Berlin with significant injuries.

The passenger, identified as Stephen Bagley, 48, of Roslindale, was pronounced dead at the scene.
After being released on bail, Sheehan was transported to a hospital in Boston.
