Foxborough Man Flown to Hospital After Falling Off Roof

The man fell about 20 feet.

FOXBOROUGH, MA — A 65-year-old man was taken to the hospital after falling off his roof.

Fire Capt. David Healy told the Sun Chronicle that the man fell about 20 feet while shingling the roof of his home on WInter Street Friday morning.

The injuries are not life-threatening but he was taken by helicopter to a trama center due to concerns about internal injuries. Healey said the helicopter was due to bad weather conditions in Boston.
