Foxborough Police Log: Assault, Disorderly Conduct, and More

November 30

1:21 p.m. - Timothy Barry, 27, of Foxborough, was arrested on Baker Street on two warrants.

7:12 p.m. - During a traffic stop on Commercial Street, Jonathan Raulino, 30, of Attleboro, was arrested and charged with missing a number plate and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

8:14 p.m. - After police received a report of an unwanted person on West Belcher Road, Tanner Fauvelle, 32, was arrested and charged with defacement of personal property.

8:38 p.m. - John Corbett, 51, of Duxbury, was arrested at Patriot Place and charged with assault and battery on a person over the age of 60 or disabled with injury. Police say the arrest came as a result of an assault investigation at Davio's.

December 4

Patriots-Rams Arrests

The following people were taken into custody during the New England Patriots game against the Los Angeles Rams at Gillette Stadium. Attendance was 65,109.

  • Three people were taken into protective custody.
  • Derek Dubois, 25, of Haverhill, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and trespassing.

12:26 a.m. - During a traffic stop at the intersection of South High Street and Sears Road, Augustin Gutierrez, 41, of Attleboro, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended for an OUI.
