Foxborough Police Log: Fight at Patriot Place, Disorderly Conduct, and More

September 22

The following people were taken into custody during the New England Patriots game against the Houston Texans at Gillette Stadium. Attendance was 64,509.

  • Ten people were taken into protective custody.
  • A 33-year-old from Fitchburg was arrested and charged with domestic assault and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (charcoals)
  • August Hill, 27, of Rutland, Vt., was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
  • A 33-year-old from Plymouth was arrested and charged with domestic assault, strangulation or suffocation, and assault and battery with a deadly weapon (block wall)
  • Robert Pepper II, 36, of Johnston, R.I., was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and malicious destruction of property over $250.
  • Spencer Shedd, 28, of Plymouth, was arrested and charged with disoderly conduct,

11:36 a.m. - During a traffic stop on Washington Street at Pine Street, Daniel Christopher, 33, of Canton, was arrested on two warrants and charged with operating with a revoked license, not having an inspection sticker, and a miscellaneous brale light equipment violation.

September 23

2:46 a.m. - A 21-year-old woman at the police station was taken into protective custody.

September 24

12:39 a.m. - A 56-year-old from Foxborough was arrested and charged with domestic assault and non-criminal possession of marijuana and a 46-year-old from Mansfield was arrested and charged with domestic assault.

9:31 p.m. - Police received a report of a fight near Davio's at Patriot Place. The two men, a 24-year-old from Franklin and a 21-year-old from Manchester, N.H., were taken into protective custody.

September 25

12:21 a.m. - A 27-year-old woman at Patriot Place was taken into protective custody.
