Foxborough Police Log: OUI, Shoplifting, and More

August 25

6:12 a.m. - After a disabled motor vehicle was reported on Foxborough Boulevard, Pamela Sugrue, 26, of Wrentham, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

7:24 p.m. - Colleen Laughran, 24, of Framingham, was arrested at Ulta Beauty at Patriot Place and charged with shoplifting by asportation.

August 27

4:05 a.m. - Patriot Place security reported an intoxicated woman near the buses just off of Putnam Parkway. The woman, a 26-year-old from Duxbury, was taken into protective custody.

August 29

11:23 a.m. - During a traffic stop on Washington Street, Herivelton Gomes, 39, of Medford, was arrested on a warrant and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
