Foxborough Police Log: Third OUI, Street Racing, and More

November 23

6:45 p.m. - During a traffic stop on Mechanic Street, John Spaulding, 56, of Foxborough, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor (third offense) and failure to use care while starting.

9:07 a.m. - During a traffic stop on Washington Street, Charles Dejesus, 25, of Brockton, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license, number plate violation, forging/misusing an RMV document, number plate violation to conceal ID, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. Dejesus also had two warrants.

4:49 p.m. - Joshua Chisholm, 27, was arrested on Oak Street on a warrant.

10:27 p.m. - During a traffic stop on Mechanic Street, Charathana Teang, 20, of Providence, R.I., was arrested on a warrant.

November 26

1:36 p.m. - Following a car crash near the intersection of East Belcher Road and Cocasset Street, David Vickery, 35, of Plainville, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and failure to stop/yield.

3:24 p.m. - An arrest was made for domestic assault and battery.

9:53 p.m. - After police received a report of vehicle racing on Carpenter Street, Taylor MacLeod, 19, of Foxborough, was arrested and charged with operating with a revoked license as a habitual offender, failure to stop for police, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, and speeding.

10:53 a.m. - During a traffic stop near the intersection of Foxborough and Forbes Boulevard, Valdir Almondes-Fialho, 34, of Milford, was arrested on a warrant.
