Randy Scollins, Foxboro's finance director, confirmed Thursday that he has submitted his resignation

Randy Scollins, Foxborough’s finance director, confirmed Thursday that he has submitted his resignation. Scollins has held the position of finance director in Foxborough for the past 7 and 1/2 years.
Scollins will present the town’s tax classification data at the board of selectmen meeting Tuesday. He will be leaving his position at the end of the month, effective Dec. 30.
Town Manager Kevin Paicos has accepted Scollins resignation and will continue to update the board on these developments.
