Foxborough Seeking New Police Officers

The Town of Foxborough is currently accepting applications for Police Officer Lateral Transfers for two full time openings. Applicants must have civil service status and have successfully completed a full-time MCJTC Police Academy.Only permanent Massachusetts civil service police officers are eligible for transfer under the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 31, Section 35. All candidates seeking transfer to the Foxborough Police Department will be required to successfully complete a comprehensive background investigation, oral interview and medical & psychological examinations. The current base salary range is $50,856 - $63,336, and a competitive benefits package.

Foxborough is a town in Norfolk County, Massachusetts, United States, approximately 22 miles southwest of Boston and 18 miles northeast of Providence, Rhode Island. The population of nearly 17,000 is governed by an open Town Meeting, an elected Board of Selectmen and an appointed Town Manager.
