Emergency Parking Ban

The town has instituted an emergency parking ban starting at 6 p.m. tonight.

Driving Ban

As of midnight, there will be a driving ban in Massachusetts. Aside from emergency vehicles and medical officials, all residents must stay off the roads.

Schools

The following schools will be closed on Tuesday, Jan. 27 due to the snow storm:

  • Foxborough Public Schools
  • Foxborough Regional Charter School
  • Bishop Feehan High School
  • Xaverian High School

Closed Buildings

All town buildings, except the public safety building, will be closed on Tuesday, Jan. 27.

Meetings Canceled

  • The Foxborough Board of Selectmen Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 27 has been postponed to Wednesday, Jan. 28
  • All other town and school activities thought Tuesday night, with the exception of Monday night’s Foxborough School Committee meeting are canceled.

Emergency Shelter

If there are power outages due to the storm, town officials will activate a community shelter plan and more information will be provided by the town at that time.
