Foxborough Super Excited For Patriots Super Bowl
From signs at the Common to music teachers playing the Gillette Stadium greatest hits, Foxborough is ready for Sunday's game!
FOXBOROUGH, MA — There was a time where you could drive around town days before the Super Bowl and have no idea that the New England Patriots were representing the AFC in the big game. Not anymore.
The town is showing their Patriots pride with banners around the Common and the downtown area. Walk by Foxborough Cable Access or any of the local businesses, and you'll see the team's logo and "Not Done" playoff slogan in the windows. Thanks to Foxborough firefighter and sign maker Paul Farmer, humors banners hang at the entrances to the rotary at the center of town.
The banners are part of a rally organized by resident Lynda Walsh and the Foxborough Jaycees planned for Saturday. Residents are encouraged to stop by the Booth Playground at 10 a.m. to make a sign for a march to the Common for a rally and sign contest. The winner of the contest will be the owner of an autographed Rob Gronkowski jersey.

The rally is being filmed by FCA and will be sent to the Patriots for viewing Saturday night.
At the Foxborough schools, the music teachers have been proving why they go by the name "Not Your Average Music Teachers." For the past couple of weeks, they've been posting covers of some of Gillette Stadium's greatest hits including "Crazy Train" and "Livin' On A Prayer."

Residents will hope they will have more to celebrate after Sunday, when the Patriots face the Philadelphia Eagles for their sixth Super Bowl title and third in four years.
