Foxborough Woman Charged With Causing 2 Rollovers on Route 1

SHARON, MA - Two people are in the hospital after a car crash on Route 1 North in Sharon.

At about 7:35 a.m. Tuesday morning, a Toyota Camry allegedly struck two vehicles, resulting in two rollovers. A preliminary investigation by State Police indicates that Kathleen Jabanoski, 64, of Foxborough was traveling on Route 1 North in the rotary over Route 95 when she struck the rear of a box truck operated by a 27-year-old Brockton man. The collision caused the box truck to roll over off of the right side of the roadway.

Jabanoski allegedly continued traveling up Route 1, where she collided with another vehicle, causing that vehicle to spin out and roll over.

The operator of the box truck was transported to Norwood Hospital with minor injuries. The operator of the second vehicle that was struck was transported to an area hospital for treatment. Jabanoski was uninjured in the crashes.

Jabanoski will be summonsed to court for operating to endanger, making an unsafe lane change, failing to stay within marked lanes, and following too closely.

State Police are planning to seek an immediate threat license suspension from the Registry of Motor Vehicles.
