Foxborough's Frigid Forecast for New Year's Eve, Day

If you’re headed out to New Year’s Eve celebrations this year, you’ll need to bundle up.

The National Weather Service is predicting a cold week ahead with highs below freezing on New Year’s Eve.

The week started off with a seasonably warm day on Monday with plenty of sunshine and a high of close to 40 degrees.

Temperatures are expected to drop in Foxborough on Wednesday to a high of 32 degrees with a real feel of 17 degrees, AccuWeather reported.

New Year’s Eve night is predicted to be mostly clear with temperatures in the low 20s.

New Year’s Day is expected to be windy, but the day should see plenty of sunshine and highs in the lower 30s.

There is no precipitation expected during the week with the next chance of rain or snow next weekend, according to the NWS.
