Full House for Senator Brown in Foxborough
The Foxborough Republican Town Committee welcomed U.S. Senator Scott Brown on Saturday Nov. 19.

The Foxborough Republican Town Committee welcomed U.S. Senator Scott Brown on Saturday Nov. 19 to the Lafayette House on Route 1 in Foxborough.
“We were so excited and honored for the Senator to be with us.” said Angela Forster Davis, Bristol/Norfolk Republican State Committeewoman and the Women for Brown Coalition Chair. “He has been working hard for the people of Massachusetts and is committed to bringing jobs to Massachusetts and a better economic climate, so his priorities are aligned with our kitchen table conversations. That was his focus tonight with us.”
Former gubernatorial candidate Charlie Baker introduced the Senator and spoke to the crowd as well. The crowd cheered as he was asked to step back in for another run for Governor in 2014

Recently, Sen. Brown is leading a charge to ban insider trading in Congress.
According to the Wall Street Journal, Sen. Brown’s bill would prohibit members of Congress and congressional employees from trading on insider information. The bill would also ban government officials from releasing nonpublic information concerning pending legislation that could influence stock prices.
