Georgia Mayor Forced To Wear Tom Brady Jersey Because The Patriots Won The Super Bowl

You can thank the Falcons blowing a 28-3 lead for this one.

It was probably somewhere around 28-3 that Flowery Branch, Georgia Mayor James "Mike" Miller thought he was in the clear when it came to his bet with Foxborough Board of Selectmen Chairman David Feldman. Then the Patriots scored 31 unanswered points and it was not Feldman who would have to wear his opponent's jersey.

As part of his bet with Feldman, Miller wore a Tom Brady jersey at a recent Flowery Branch City Council meeting. If the Patriots did not pull off their historic comeback, it would have been Feldman wearing a Matt Ryan jersey at a selectmen's meeting.

Flowery Branch, Georgia is home to the Atlanta Falcons' team headquarters.
