Heroin Possession, Third OUI, And More: Foxborough Police Log

12:58 a.m. - Sergeant Lucas Drayton observed a running vehicle in the middle of North Street with only fog lights on and music playing. The driver, James Olbrys, 50, of Foxborough, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor.

9:55 a.m. - During a traffic stop at the intersection of Mechanic Street and Lewis Road, Nicole Aprino, 29, of Foxborough, was arrested and charged with operating with a suspended license.

11:40 a.m. - Suspicious activity was reported in the parking lot of Jake & Joe’s on Foxborough Boulevard. After police arrived, John Ledwell, 49, of Norton, was arrested and charged with possession of heroin and Joseph Santos, 34, of Wrentham, was arrested and charged with being present where heroin is kept.

10:51 p.m. - A caller at Patriot Place reported a vehicle that struck a curb in the parking lot. Robert Minkle, 55, of Dorchester, was arrested and charged with negligent operation of a motor vehicle and operating under the influence of liquor (third offense).
