Instant Replay: Eagles Out Gun Patriots In Super Bowl
The Eagles won their first Super Bowl title in team history.

MINNEAPOLIS, MN — In a game of offense, it was a defensive play that was the difference.
A strip sack by Brandon Graham all but locked up the Philadelphia Eagle's first Super Bowl win in team history. Graham came in from the right on a second and two, forcing Patriots quarterback Tom Brady to fumble. Derek Barnett recovered the ball seconds away from the two minute warning and a field goal pushed the lead from five to eight.
A 91-yard drive was too daunting even for the masters of the comeback. The team was unable to march down the field and tie the game and the Eagles won 41-33.

Chris Hogan made sure the Patriots would not be outdone, putting the team in scoring position with a 23-yard reception. The Patriots had to settle for a field goal, their first points in the first quarter of the Super Bowl in the Brady-Belichick era (yea, really.)

It only took two key plays for the Eagles to take the lead back. One was from former Patriots running back LeGarrette Blount and another was a long touchdown pass to Alshon Jeffery. The Eagles missed the extra point.

The Eagles were reminded late in the first quarter what happens when you blow your coverage against Tom Brady and Danny Amendola. Too bad the drive ended on a botched field goal attempt.

The Patriots' first touchdown came from last year's Super Bowl hero James White, who may be making a run for this year's Super Bowl hero if he does that again.

Trey Burton, who played quarterback in college, found Foles on a trick play on fourth and 2 at the end of the half.

The second half saw the Patriots do what the Patriots do and that's adjust and start the comeback. Gronkowski's second half was the complete opposite of his first half and had two touchdowns during the last two quarters.
