Kraft Told To Turn Over Email, Phone Records In Kaepernick Case
An NFL source tells Adam Schefter of ESPN that Patriots Owner Robert Kraft will be deposed.

New England Patriots Owner Robert Kraft is one of three NFL owners who were ordered to hand over documents related to Colin Kaepernick's collusion case against the NFL.
An NFL source tells Adam Schefter of ESPN that Kraft, along with Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones, Houston Texans owner Bob McNair, and others will be deposed and have been asked to turn over all cell phone records and emails.
Kaepernick, who remains unsigned, claims that league owners are colluding against him in retaliation for his decision to take a knee during the national anthem as part of a protest against police brutality and racial inequality.
In an interview with the BBC, Kraft denied talks of collusion.
"I have never heard anyone talk about blocking [Kaepernick] or excluding him," Kraft said in the interview.

Recently, Kaepernick was passed on by the Patriots, who opted to sign former backup Brian Hoyer as Jimmy Garoppolo's replacement and the Texans signed T.J. Yates following an ACL injury to Deshaun Watson.
