Man Stabbed At Foxborough Motel

FOXBOROUGH, MA — A 34-year-old man was stabbed at the Gaard Motel on Route 1 Wednesday morning, according to police. Police said they were called to the motel around 2:30 a.m. after the man was stabbed in the back.

He was taken to Norwood Hospital with serious but not life-threatening injuries, Detective Michael Grace said.

The stabbing is still under investigation, so police said they couldn't give more details other than they are reviewing security footage and interviewing witnesses.

"The public is not at risk," Grace told Patch.
