Managing Your Mood

Situations can affect moods changes, often the swings are gentle but at times they may become more pronounced. Join us on Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at Community VNA, 10 Emory St. Attleboro, MA from 6:00 - 7:00 pm to learn more about what can affect moods and how to manage them.
This program is designed for adults of all ages, who wish to learn more about moods including depression, anxiety and anger. Presenter, Terry Ruby, PhD, will also discuss how normal changes due to aging can impact moods. She will offer mood management tips for elders as well as caregivers.
Ruby holds her doctorate in Gerontology and Counselor Education and Supervision. She is a Certified Geriatric Physical Therapist; a Massachusetts State Court Mediator with training in Elder Mediation; and a published author.
