Minn. Judge Sends Brady Case to Manhattan
Tom Brady's lawsuit agains the NFL will be heard in Manhattan and not Minnesota where the suit was filed.

If Tom Brady wants to fight the NFL in court, he’ll have to do it in New York instead of Minnesota.
Thursday morning, U.S. District Court Judge Richard Kyle ordered the transfer of the case to a federal court in Manhattan, noting that he “sees little reason for this action to have been commenced in Minnesota at all,” according to ESPN.
On Tuesday, the NFL filed papers in court moments after announcing that Brady’s four-game suspension had been upheld, with Brady and the NFL Players Association filing papers in Minnesota the next day.

Brady was hoping to fight the league in Minnesota due to the state’s labor-friendly reputation.
The Patriots quarterback is currently suspended for allegedly having a role in the deflation of footballs prior to the AFC Championship game. Brady has denied any wrong-doing and vows to fight the “unfair” punishment.
