Nashua Man Wanted for Holdups in Foxborough, Surrounding Communities

Police say Edward Traeger held up establishments in North Attleboro, Foxborough, and Walpole.

FOXBOROUGH, MA -Multiple arrest warrants have been issued for a Nashua, N.H. man who is connected to crimes in Walpole, Foxborough, and North Attleboro.

Edward Traeger is wanted for crimes in all three towns according to the Walpole Police Department. He operates a white Lincoln MKZ, bearing NH registration 372-7747.

On Jan. 11, a tall suspect in a grey hoodie, later identified as Traeger, demanded money from the clerk at the One Stop Laundromat on South Washington Street in North Attleboro. The suspect fled in a white Lincoln after taking an unspecified amount of cash.

Hours later, police received a report of a man who held up a Subway in Foxborough, but left with no money. Again, the suspect fled in a white vehicle.

About an hour after the Subway incident, the suspect allegedly walked into Massage Envy on Route 1 and demanded all of the money in the register. Police responded in minutes but Traeger had left by the time officers arrived.

In all three incidents, the description of the suspect and his vehicle was nearly identical. Police in all three towns shared information that identified the suspect as Traeger.

Traeger has past ties to the area, with past addresses in Walpole and Dorchester.
