It certainly didn't take long for former Foxboro town manager Kevin Pacios to find full time work. After agreeing to be the interim town administrator for Northfield, Paicos has been selected as the new town administrator for Jamestown, RI.
The vote, taken last week by the Jamestown Town Council, was unanimous.
He will work three days a week while he exhausts his notice as the interim town administrator of Northfield according to the Jamestown Press.
Pacios will collect $105,460 annually for the job along with $200 a month for travel expenses and a stipend of $1,000 to be used for housing.
The new job comes despite telling the Northfield select-board in August that he was retired from full time work.
In August, the Foxboro selectmen announced their decisions to part ways with Paicos. As part of the agreement Paicos will be paid the remainder of his contract though June 30, 2014.
