New Restaurant, Police Evidence Room Audit, Fire Chief Contract On Tap for Selectmen Meeting

The selectmen are scheduled to meet Tuesday at 7 p.m. at Foxborough High School.

FOXBOROUGH, MA — The redevelopment of the former home to the American Legion is expected to be in front of the selectmen Tuesday night.

At 7:30 p.m., the board will hold a public hearing for "The Kitchen," located at 8 Mechanic St. Jennifer Mekler is listed as the manager of record.

Also on the agenda are the results of a recent audit of the police department's evidence room. According to a memo to the board from Police Chief William Baker, no irregularities were found during a check of the past 10 years of evidence.

The board is also scheduled to vote on a new contract for Fire Chief Roger Hatfield.
