No Settlement Reached in NFL-Brady Talks
A decision for Brady's appeal of his four-game suspension is expected this week.

Tom Brady and the NFL have failed to reach a settlement in the appeal of the quarterback’s four-game suspension stemming from the Deflategate scandal.
The announcement came from U.S. District Court Judge Richard M. Berman Monday according to Boston Globe, adding that he will announce a ruling on Tuesday or Wednesday. The hearing lasted less than 10 minutes.
A ruling is not expected to end the ongoing legal battle between the two sides. If Brady loses, he would likely attempt to obtain an injunction to be able to keep playing until his appeal is heard, which would likely happen after the 2015 season.
