August 1
10:26 a.m. - During a traffic stop on Cocasset Street, Kevin Otto, 52, of Blackstone, was arrested and charged with operating with a suspended license and operating with suspended registration.
4:26 p.m. - Stephan Thum, 51, of Foxborough, was arrested on Old Colony Road on a straight warrant.

10:56 p.m. - Joseph Hickey, 35, of Bellingham, was arrested on Washington Street and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, following too closely, speeding in violation of special regulation, and possession of an open container of alcohol inside a motor vehicle.

Coldplay at Gillette Stadium.
Four people were taken into protective custody. Attendance was 48,757 people.
