1:54 p.m. - During a traffic stop near the intersection of Commercial and Walnut Streets, Scott Hagopian, 31, of Lincoln, Rhode Island, was arrested and charged with operating with a suspended license. A second person was taken into protective custody.

1:07 a.m. - During a traffic stop near the intersection of Central and Commercial Streets, Daniel Demars, 32, of Smithfield, Rhode Island, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

2:33 a.m. - Iris Thompson, 44, of Foxborough, was arrested near the intersection of Mechanic Street and Villa Drive and charged with operating under the influence of liquor.
