Partners in Patriotism Fund Helps Foxborough Field Hockey Celebrate Championship
The team will receive new gear and a banner to commemorate their Division 2 South Sectional championship.

FOXBOROUGH, MA — The Division 2 South Section champion-Foxborough High School field hockey team has some new championship swag thanks to a donation from the Partners in Patriotism fund.
The team's booster club recently received a donation of $4,400 to help the program commemorate and celebrate its historic 2016 season, Partners in Patriotism announced.
The funds will be used to purchase championship jackets for varsity and sweatshirts for JV; reversible practice pinnies; the team’s South Sectional Title banner that will hang in the school’s gymnasium and all-weather gear for the coaches.

Foxborough High School Field Hockey Boosters President Karen Curran applied for the grant, which was approved by the Partners in Patriotism Fund’s Grants Committee. The committee is comprised of 13 Foxborough residents who vote on the allocation of funds annually.
