Police: Crash Leads to OUI Charge, Few Problems at Guns N' Roses

July 20

1:20 a.m. - A 36-year-old Newton man at Shell on Commercial Street was taken into protective custody.

The following is a summary of people taken into custody during the Guns N' Roses show at Gillette Stadium:

  • Five people were taken into protective custody.
  • Jamake Pascual, 39, of Cambridge, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, lewd, wanton, and lascivious conduct, and malicious destruction of property over $250.
  • Israel Santos, 31, of Worcester, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
  • Kenneth Thompson, 25, of Brooklyn N.Y., was arrested and charged with trespassing, disorderly conduct, assault and battery, resisting arrest, and wanton destruction of property over $250.
  • [Name Removed], 19, of Pembroke, was arrested and charged with trespassing.
  • Justin Paxton, 37, of New Britain, Conn., was arrested and charged with trespassing.
  • Michael Cline, 39, of Natick, was arrested and and charged with trespassing.

9:17 p.m. - A minor car crash was reported on Fuller Road. The driver of the first car, Adam Stalcup, 32, of Foxborough, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor and leaving the scene of property damage.
