Police Log: Disorderly Conduct, Drunken Driving, and More

October 7
11:30 p.m. - Patriot Place security reported three males walking in the parking lot that were possibly intoxicated and damaging a vehicle. One of the males, Charles Boone, 44, of Marlborough, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and malicious destruction of property over $250.

11:30 p.m. - A 21-year-old male from Dartmouth at Patriot Place was taken into protective custody.

12:53 a.m. - A 25-year-old male from Hingham at Toby Keith’s I Love this Bar and Grill was taken into protective custody.
8:16 p.m. - An erratic operator on Chestnut Street was reported. When police pulled over the vehicle, Mariano Ayala Jr., 58, of Saugus, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor.
