UPDATE: Power in Foxborough Almost Completely Restored

FOXBOROUGH, MA - For most home in Foxborough, the lights are back on.

As of midday Sunday, all but 12 homes in town are with electricity. The remaining homes have an estimated restoration time of 2:30 p.m. according to the National Grid outage map.

The number is much lower than the high of nearly 2,200.

Like many other communities in the area, many homes in Foxborough lost power due to falling wires and tree branches. For their safety, residents are advised to stay away from falling objects.
