REMINDER: Town To Host Patriots Rally Saturday Morning

Residents are invited to make a sign at the Booth Playground and head up to the Common for the rally.

FOXBOROUGH, MA — Get your signs and Patriots gear ready, Foxborough isn't done cheering on their hometown NFL team

The Foxboro Jaycees will hold a Super Bowl LII rally for the AFC Champions Saturday morning at 10 a.m. The event starts at the Booth Playground with poster making and a drone shot of the scene. At 10:50 a.m., the group will march to the Common, with the rally to start at 11 a.m. and end at noon.

Lynda Walsh, the main organizer of the rally, recently that she's hoping that this year's edition will be identical to last year's rally for superstitious reasons. State Senator Paul Feeney will be back to provide the tunes, more surprises are expected, and there will be Patriots signs all over the common, which are hard to miss if you drive around the center of town.

Foxboro Cable Access will record the rally to send to the Patriots Saturday night.

In the event of poor weather, the rally will be held at the Marilyn Rodman Performing Arts Center, better known as the Orpheum Theater.
