FOXBOROUGH, MA — Despite an undesirable ruling from the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, Tom Brady is reportedly thinking about an appeal.

Jeff Howe of the Boston Herald reports that Brady wants to appeal the court ruling that reinstated his four-game suspension for his alleged role in the Deflategate controversy. Before making a decision, the quarterback will listen to his legal team for advice and a review of his option, a source told the Patriots beat writer.

While suspended, Brady can participate in offseason activities, training camp, and preseason. The suspension will start on week 1 of the NFL regular season.

As far as an appeal, there appears to be few options for Brady, according to USA Today. He could appeal again to the second circuit and there is the extremely unlikely case that the U.S. Supreme Court would hear an appeal.
