Rob Gronkowski Will Play For Patriots In 2018
Rob Gronkowski announced on his Instagram account that he will return next season.

FOXBOROUGH, MA — The will he/won't he saga of Rob Gronkowski is over. Gronkowski announced on his Instagram account that he will play football in 2018, ending months-long speculation that he was going to return and possibly join the WWE or try his hand at action movies.
"I met with coach today and informed him I will be back for the 2018 season with the Pats. I have been working out, staying in shape and feel great. Looking forward to another championship run," Gronkowski wrote.
Speculation over the tight end's future began on the day of Super Bowl LII when Mike Florio of ProFootballTalk speculated before the game that he would not be surprised Gronkowski retired. Gronkowski said after the game that he was going to take his time and look at his future.

What followed was months of speculation over Gronkowski's future and even a report that said that he almost retired at the start of last season.
Last season, Gronkowski caught 69 receptions for 1,084 yards and eight touchdowns.
