Schedule Set for Liquor Licence Violation Hearings
The selectmen will hold the hearings over three nights.

Nine establishments that allegedly served alcohol to a minor during a liquor license compliance check now have hearing dates with the Foxborough Board of Selectmen.
The hearings will take place over three nights starting on Wednesday, Nov. 12. The other two dates are Nov. 19 and Dec. 8.
During the hearings, the selectmen will hear testimony concerning what happened on the night of the violation and will vote on if there was a finding and the proper punishment.

On Sept. 25, the Foxborough Police Department conducted a compliance check for 29 businesses in town with a liquor license. A 19-year-old from Stonehill College was sent into the restaurant or bar and told to ask for an alcoholic beverage. If the 19-year-old was asked for his license or his age, he gave his real license and real age.
