Selectmen and School Committee Incumbents to Seek Re-election
Selectmen Lorraine Brue and Ginny Coppola and School Committee Members Bruce Gardner and Tina Belanger will seek re-election.

While no challengers have yet to appear for this May’s town elections, the incumbents will try for another term.
As of Feb. 12, two incumbent School Committee and Planning Board members Christina Belanger and Gordon Greene have pulled papers to seek re-election.
In the selectmen election, Chairwoman Lorraine Brue and Ginny Coppola told the Sun Chronicle that they intend to seek re-election.

School Committee Chairman Bruce Gardner has also expressed his intention to seek re-election.
In addition to Greene, the seat on the planning board held by Kevin Weinfeld is also up for grabs.

Other seats on the ballot include two Boyden Library trustees held by Ellen Pillsbury and Frances Theby Spillane, Michael Laracy’s seat on the board of assessors, Paul Mullins’ seat on the board of health, and Michael Stanton’s seat on the board of water and sewer commissioners. All the seats are three-year terms.
The Foxborough Town Elections will be held on May 4. The last day to obtain and return nomination papers is March 16.
