Selectmen Name Finalists for Town Council

Three out of the eight firms that applied to be Foxborough’s new legal representation have been named finalists for the position.

On Tuesday, the selectmen named the final three candidate for the position. Each firm will be interviewed on Jan. 27

The firms selected are:

• Murphy, Hesse, Toomey, and Lehane, LLP
• Blatman, Bobrowski & Mead, LLC
• Louison, Costello, Condon, & Pfaff, LLP

Current town counsel Richard Gelerman did not reapply after the selectmen voted 3-2 earlier this year to create a RFP for town council.

The other five firms that did not make the cut are former Foxborough town counsel Deutsch, Williams, Brooks, DeRensis & Holland, P.C. ; Joyce Law Group; Kopelman and Paige, P.C.; Miyares And Harrington, LLP; and Petrini and Associates, P.C.
