Selectmen Take No Action on Medical Marijuana Dispensary
The lack of action effectively kills the proposal.

A proposed medical marijuana dispensary for Route 1 in Foxborough has been killed by the selectmen’s lack of action.
Tuesday night, the board voted to take no action on the proposed building by Beacon Compassion Center according to the Sun Chronicle. The vote essentially ends the process since state approval cannot be obtained without a vote of approval or non-opposition from the board.
Members of the board felt the process was too new and appeared reluctant to move forward.
