SEX OFFENDER MAP: Where are the high-ranking sex offenders in Foxborough?

Editor’s Note: A named was removed from this list after Police Chief Ed O’Leary informed Foxborough Patch that the person did not work on Central Street, but got his paycheck processed at the address.

Foxborough has eight level 3 sex offenders either living or working in the town, according to the Massachusetts Sex Offender Registry Board.

Only the most severe sex offenders warrant a level 3 designation. That means they’re considered a ”high risk” to commit another offense, according to authorities. However, they are not wanted by the police, and using this information or harass or discriminate against these individuals is against the law.

• Alan Rafuse, 63, lives and works at 131 Washington St., convicted of four counts of indecent assault and battery on a person aged 14 or older, six counts of indecent assault and battery on child under 14 years of age, and 10 counts of rape and abuse of child in 2003.
• John Heylin, 66, lives at 131 Washington St. #8, convicted of two counts of indecent assault and battery on child under 14 years of age in 2005.

• James Gussman, 51, has an address classified as other at 8 Washington St. #1, convicted of 10 counts of rape and abuse of child in 2002.
• Wayne Derby Jr, 34, lives at 53 Washington Street, convicted of two counts of indecent assault and battery on a person aged 14 or older in 2004.
• Nicholas Costello, 24, works at 1 Patriot Place, convicted of indecent assault and battery on child under 14 years of age in 2008.
• David Charlebois, 48, works at 131 Morse Street, convicted of indecent assault and battery on child under 14 years of age, rape and abuse of a child, and rape of a child with force in 2006.
• Vincent Burke, 48, lives at 161 North Street, convicted of rape, aggravated rape, assault with an intent to commit rape, rape of a child with force, and two counts of indecent assault and battery on a person aged 14 or older in 1987.
