Suspect in Foxborough Break-in Pleads Guilty, Gets Jail Time
Kyle Bellavance of Pembroke pleaded guilty to breaking into a home on North Street.

Foxborough, MA — A suspect in a North Street break-in has been ordered to spend time in jail.
Kyle Bellavance of Pembroke pleaded guilty to breaking and entering, unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition, possession of burglar’s tools and receiving stolen property. He was sentenced to 2 ½ years in jail, according to the Sun Chronicle.
On April 1, 2014, Bellavance and an alleged accomplice were arrested after a resident inside 58 North St. called police about a man banging on her door. Police were able to recover items taken from the home after Bellavance fled the scene and was tackled by an officer.

In his car, police found jewelry and a gun connected to a Holliston home.
Bellavance was given credit for two months of jail time he served before posting bail.
