Tire Thefts Reported In Foxborough

FOXBOROUGH, MA — In case worrying about vehicle break-ins wasn't enough, police are now warning residents to watch their tires.

The Foxborough Police Department says there has been an uptick in tire and rim thefts in the area, including one at a restaurant in town.

Foxborough police say the thieves often use minivans or vans with several occupants. They mostly target newer model Honda, Acura, Toyota, and Lexus vehicles. Residents with newer cars are advised to use locking lug nuts.
