Tom Brady (Finally) Rushes For 1,000 Yards In His Career
It only took him 19 years. Now the 41-year-old quarterback is a 1,000-yard rusher.

FOXBORO, MA — A QB sneak here, a slow scramble there, and 19 years into his career, Tom Brady has done it.
The notoriously slow-footed quarterback reached 1,000 career rushing yards Sunday in the first quarter against Minnesota. Brady, 41, took off for a 5-yard gain, sliding feet first after getting his team a first down, pointing his arm goal-ward to signify it.
Brady had been close to 1,000 career yards this whole season, but he doesn't pick them up in large chunks. Quarterbacks also tend to lose a few rushing yards per game when they take kneeldowns to end games.
