Tom Brady, Patriots Agree on Extension: Report

The four-time Super Bowl champion isn't ready to call it quits too soon.

BOSTON, MA - Tom Brady and the New England Patriots have reached an agreement on a two-year extension that would keep the four-time Super Bowl champion quarterback in town through the 2019 season, according to ESPN.

Brady, who turns 39 in August, would be 42 when this contract runs out. He had two years remaining on his contract, which was to expire in 2017. The former MVP has said he hopes to play well into his 40s.

If he completes his contract, he will become one of the few player in NFL history to spend 20 seasons with one team.
